Update your Know Your Customer (KYC) details through Bank Muscat Internet and Mobile banking

Muscat: In line with its customer-centric vision 'To serve you better, everyday' and to meet customers' expectations for seamless experience, Bank Muscat, the leading financial services provider in the Sultanate, has recently launched a new service through its Internet and Mobile banking channels. Customers can now update their Know Your Customer (KYC) details without having to visit the branches. KYC is the process of verifying and maintaining the identity, information and documents of the customers, at all times to serve them better. The addition aims to ease the process for customers to update their details on time to avoid any delays in their transactions. The new service further expands the list of options available to customers through the bank's various digital channels and enhances banking convenience leading to reduce waiting times when visiting branches. The new feature enables customers to update their KYC details online by logging in to their Mobile or Internet Banking account and navigating through the app via < Requests / Customer Services < KYC < Update KYC and follow the on-screen instructions. After uploading the required documents, the details are instantly updated in the bank records and customers will receive a confirmation SMS and Email notification.
