Commercial Bank: The “Best in Social Media Marketing & Services” in the World by Global Finance in 2021

Commercial Bank, the leading digital Bank in Qatar, has won the “Best in Social Media Marketing & Services” Award for Consumer in the World by Global Finance for the year of 2021. Being the first Qatari Bank to receive a global recognition by Global Finance, Commercial Bank was invited to participated in the virtual awarding ceremony honoring Global Winners at Global Finance’s World’s Best Digital Banks and Innovators Awarding Ceremony held on November 18th, 2021.

Winners were selected based on strength of strategy for attracting and servicing online customers, success in getting clients to use digital offerings, growth of online customer base, breadth of products offered, evidence of tangible benefits gained from digital initiatives, and website design and functionality. 

This global achievement comes after Commercial Bank recently celebrated winning two regional awards from Global Finance across both Consumer and Corporate Digital Banking: “Best Mobile Banking App” award for Corporate, and “Best in Social Media Marketing & Services” award for Consumer.
