Announcement Regarding The Approval On Listing Government Debt Instruments Of a Class Already Listed

Saudi Exchange has issued its resolution approving the listing request of the debt instruments from a class already listed, issued by the Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia submitted by the Ministry of Finance as per the Listing Rules with a total value of SAR (7,873,712,000) detailed as follow:

1.    Increase in issuance 2019-01-10 (Tadawul code: 5274) by SAR 1,180,008,000 to reach a total of SAR 12,680,433,000.

2.    Increase in issuance 2024-01-10 (Tadawul code: 5338) by SAR 2,720,302,000 to reach a total of SAR 5,542,327,000.

3.    Increase in issuance 2024-01-15 (Tadawul code: 5339) by SAR 3,973,402,000 to reach a total of SAR 6,320,402,000. Accordingly, the listing of government debt instruments reissue shall commence starting from Thursday 15/02/2024.
