In reference to Bank Al Jazira's announcement published at Tadawul on 02 April 2024 regarding the Bank’s Board of Directors invitation to all shareholders to participate and vote by means of modern technology channels on the agenda of the 66th Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting (First Meeting) which will be held at 18:30 PM on Wednsday 24 April 2024, at the Bank’s Regional Office in Riyadh City, using the Tadawulaty system. Bank Al Jazira wishes to urge its valued shareholders to participate in the general assembly meeting through the electronic voting channel, according to the shareholders guide for the electronic voting issued by Securities Depository Center Company (“Edaa”) knowing that the registered shareholders will be able to vote on the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting’s agenda items through Tadawulaty voting service website (https://login.tadawulaty.com.sa ) starting from 1:00 AM on Saturday 20 April 2024 until the end of the meeting , noting that both registration and voting in Tadawulaty services are available & free of charge to all shareholders. Please note that a direct broadcasting will be available for the Extraordinary General Assembly meeting through the link available at Tadawulaty.
