Jahez International Co. for Information Systems Technology received today, Jan. 19, a letter from Impact Financial Co., the manager of Impact Finance Private Equity Fund – Information Technology and E-Commerce Sector, stating the latter’s intention to transfer its shares in Jahez to the fund's unitholders, according to a statement to Tadawul.
