Oman, Saudi boost bilateral economic cooperation

H E Qais al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, visited Saudi Arabia on Saturday to boost trade ties.Riyadh, Saudi Arabia – H E Qais bin Mohammed al Yousef, Minister of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, visited the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia on Saturday with an aim to enhance bilateral relations and cooperation between the two nations.

During his visit, H E Yousef engaged in discussions with his Saudi counterparts, including Khalid bin Abdulaziz al Falih, Minister of Investment, Bandar al Khorayef, Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, and Faisal bin Fadhil al Ibrahim, Minister of Economy and Planning. These meetings served as a platform to explore avenues for strengthening collaboration in trade, industry and investment promotion.

The primary focus of these discussions was on addressing challenges in bilateral trade, enhancing trade exchange and fostering strategic economic partnerships in diverse sectors. The talks also delved on continuing to boost trade exchange and promoting Omani exports in Saudi Arabia, reflecting a commitment to mutual economic growth and development.
