Saudi Arabia issues 17 iron export licenses in first 4 months of 2023
The Ministry of Commerce issued 17 iron export licenses in the first four months of 2023, Al Eqtisadiah newspaper reported.
The ministry added that the total number of licenses since allowing iron export reached 189.
The licensing takes place after fulfilling specific conditions and requirements, as per some regulations of the ministerial committee that is formed from the Ministry of Commerce, Ministry of Investment, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Energy, Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources as well as Ministry of Environment, Water and Agriculture of Saudi Arabia, according to data compiled by Argaam.
