SNB names new Chairman, Vice Chairman

Riyadh – Mubasher: The Saudi National Bank (SNB) announced Saeed Mohammed Al Ghamdi as the board’s Chairman for the next three years.

The lender also named Yazeed Abdulrahman Al Humied as the Vice Chairman, according to a bourse disclosure.

The two officials assumed their roles for a new term that began on 15 May 2024 and will remain in position until 14 May 2027.

It is worth highlighting that the Saudi Central Bank (SAMA) greenlighted the two appointments on 19 May.

In the first quarter (Q1) of 2024, SNB achieved 0.35% higher net profits at SAR 5.04 billion, compared to SAR 5.02 billion in Q1-23.
