Reference to the announcement made by the Arab National Bank on the Saudi Exchange website (Tadawul) on 23/08/1445H corresponding to 04/03/2024G regarding the Board of Director of Arab National Bank invitation to its shareholders to attend the Extraordinary General Assembly Meeting to be held at 09:30PM on Tuesday 16/09/1445H corresponding to 26/03/2024G by means of modern technology; The bank wish to remind its valued shareholders, who are registered in Tadwulaty, that they can remotely vote on the agenda of the starting from 01:00AM on Friday, 12/09/1445H corresponding to 22/03/2024G and will continue until the end of meeting on 16/09/1445H corresponding to 26/03/2024G.
