|Announcement Detail|| The Mediterranean and Gulf Cooperative Insurance and Reinsurance Company (MEDGULF) would like to clarify to its valued shareholders that the company will not be able to publish the financial statements for 2022 on the specified date. The delay is due to the necessity of additional reconciliations on some financial items and in order to provide extra assurance, optimal accuracy and fair presentation of the financials of the Company to all shareholders. The financial statement for 2022 will be published once the audit process has been fully finalized in accordance with the supplementary terms provided by CMA.
