Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank looks to lead UAE’s open banking revolution and boost fintech solutions – Arabian Business

Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank (ADIB), which is one of the UAE’s leading Islamic financial institutions, has launched its first application programming interface (API) developer portal to boost open banking within the nation.

The new ADIB API Developer portal will allow fintech developers to build their own applications and new products that interact seamlessly with ADIB’s platforms.

This means that ADIB customers will be able to connect a new world of secure apps and services to their banking easily, including the ability to see accounts held with other providers through their ADIB mobile app.
