Ajman DED announces winners of ‘Excellence Award for Economic Establishments’

AJMAN, 30th May, 2023 (WAM) -- The Department of Economic Development in Ajman (Ajman DED) today organised an award ceremony to honour pioneering and distinguished projects at the Excellence Award for Economic Establishments in Ajman "The Best 2023".

The results of the second evaluation session were announced, with 11 economic establishments winning across four categories: "Best Smart Industrial Establishment," "Best SME Establishment" (registered in Taziz Programme), "Best SME Establishment" (registered in Reyada Programme), and "Best Consumer-Friendly Establishment." The winners in the top ranks received non-fungible token (NFT) prizes.

Abdullah Ahmed Al Hamrani, Director-General of the Ajman DED, congratulated the winners and said, "We look forward to working together to achieve sustainable economic development in Ajman, and to achieve the quality of life of society. In addition to highlighting the distinguished economic projects and establishments in the emirate of Ajman and honoring its owners, the award aims to motivate entrepreneurs to adopt the approach of excellence and leadership and upgrade their work system, educate business owners about laws, requirements, and work regulations, and encourage them to adhere to them. The winners were selected by an evaluation committee according to international standards in 4 different categories."
