Five Asians formed a gang specialised in using identity cards for people residing in the country, some of them expired, to extract SIM cards in the name of others and then sell them.. Dubai Prosecution investigated the incident, whose details date back to August 2018, when the fifth suspect told his colleague who worked with him in one of the branches of a company selling SIM cards, that the first suspect asked him to extract SIM cards without complying with the regulations followed..
