Egypt detects 534 new coronavirus cases with 47 fatalities

Spokesman for the Health Ministry Khaled Megahed said 47 patients have died from the virus over the past 24 hours, raising the death toll to 9,651. As many as 321 patients were discharged from isolation hospitals after receiving necessary medical care, taking the number of recovered cases to 132,375 so far, the spokesman said.   Egypt has started its vaccination campaign in January, starting with the medical teams at quarantine hospitals, for being on top of priority groups in terms of vaccination.   Late in January, Egypt received 50,000 doses of more...
