GCC officials meet to discuss Covid| Times of Oman

The Undersecretaries of Ministries of Health in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states convened today their 17th meeting to discuss the latest development of the coronavirus pandemic regionally and globally. The Ministry of Health (MOH), said " As part of the ongoing consultation and joint action amid the Covid-19 pandemic, the Undersecretaries of ministries of health in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states convened today (Tuesday) their 17th meeting to discuss the latest development of the coronavirus pandemic regionally and globally. During the meeting, a number of related issues have been discussed including standardization of terminologies and procedures that would facilitate the movement of citizens between the GCC states. In view of the quality and effectiveness of the vaccines using in the GCC countries, the meeting touched upon the adoption of all the vaccines giving to the citizens and residents in the GCC states in order to facilitate their movement between the countries. In addition, the meeting also highlighted the requirements of vaccinating the pilgrims and the conditions of their entering into Saudi Arabia.
