How one woman is making her mark in health-tech – The National

Global Ventures, a Dubai-based venture capital firm, is eyeing further investment opportunities in the healthcare technology sector across the Middle East and Africa amid the Covid-19 pandemic.



The global health crisis will accelerate the use of technology to facilitate access to healthcare similar to how the 2008 financial crisis prompted the financial inclusion of unbanked populations digitally, Noor Sweid, general partner and founder of Global Ventures, who is listed on Forbes magazine's World's Top 50 Women in Tech, told The National.
