Lekhwiya, HMC sign joint cooperation agreement – The Peninsula

Doha: The Internal Security Force "Lekhwiya" signed a joint cooperation agreement with Hamad Medical Corporation (HMC) to establish a training center for Lekhwiya medical personnel in accordance with the highest standards of medical training in the world.

The agreement was signed by Lekhwiya's Director of Medical Services Department Cap. Eng. Abdullah Al Shuraim, and HMC's Deputy Chief Medical Officer, Director of the Medical Education Department Dr. Abdullatif Mohamed Al Khal.

In a statement at the event, Cap. Eng. Al Shuraim said that the establishment of a medical training center will contribute to the rehabilitation and training of medical personnel and their support staff, in accordance with the best international standards, which supports improving the quality of medical service.

He praised HMC's prominent role in the field of healthcare, which Lekhwiya's Medical Services can strongly benefit from, confirming that Lekhwiya is strongly seeking to establish a medical training center under the supervision of Hamad International Training Center to benefit from their experience.
