Hajj 2023: Mobile clinic to provide free dental care to pilgrims

MAKKAH — The Ministry of Health has inaugurated a mobile dental clinic for the second consecutive year in the central area around the Grand Mosque in Makkah to provide free health services for the pilgrims during the 2023 Hajj season. Makkah Healthcare Cluster inaugurated the clinic on behalf of the Ministry of Health in the area facing the entrance to the Al-Haram Emergency Hospital. The mobile clinics project is being implemented in community partnership with the private sector, represented by the Asen Medical Company. The project aims to provide dental health services to Hajj pilgrims free of charge to fill the absence of dental services in this area and spare the pilgrims from visiting sites outside the Grand Mosque vicinity for treatment. The step is in line with the objectives of the Ministry of Health regarding improving healthcare quality, facilitating access to health services, and raising the efficiency of the provision of these services to the Grand Mosque's visitors.
