Covid-19 update: UAE reports 696 cases, 1,916 recoveries

The UAE’s Ministry of Health and Prevention has reported 696 Covid-19 cases on February 25. The new infections were detected, after 430,359 tests were conducted across the country to screen for the virus. The health ministry also announced 1,916 recoveries in the past 24 hours, raising the total recovery count to 828,983. One death due to Covid complications was also recorded, increasing the related death toll to 2,300. The nationwide case count has now risen to 878,102.
