Ambassador of United Arab Emirates in Oman Visits Aster Royal Hospital – the newest tertiary care Hospital in Oman

Muscat: His Exellency, the Ambassador Mohamed Sultan Al Suwaidi has visited Aster Royal Hospital premises and shared his satisfaction towards the Hospital’s newest services and modern medical equipments.

During the visit, the Hospital’s Group CEO, Dr. Ashendu Pandey guided the United Arab Emirates Ambassador, alongside with the other Embassie’s representatives, through a comprehensive visit in the Hospital’s facilities, starting with the state-of-the-art operation theatres and the one-of-a-kind in the private sector “cath-lab” - a special operation theatre dedicated to cardiac catherization, interventional radiology and other complex procedures.

The Embassie’s representatives also visited the four Excellence Centers - Gastroenterology, Urology, Orthopedics, Obstetrics & Gynecology, as well as the Interventional Radiology & Stroke Unit.

His Excellency the Ambassador praised the capabilities of Aster Royal Hospital, referring that: "This is a project that can clearly contribute to the quality of medical services, expressing his appreciation to the entire Aster team, wishing them success and ease of opening."

The tour ended in the Radiology department - totally equipped by Siemens Healthineers and with the visit of the “VIP area” - a dedicated and exclusive center, designed for VIP patients.
