Agreus conducted a poll of more than 200 Family Office professionals to discover where they work following the pandemic and overwhelmingly found that Family Offices are adopting a hybrid model: working both from home and the office every week. 64% of Family Offices adopt a hybrid working model while 14% offer full-time remote working and 22% have resumed full-time work in the office. This coincides with a Cisco Employment Survey which found that 90% of professionals in the UAE want to adopt a hybrid working model and a similar Office of National Statistics survey in the UK which found 4 in 5 workers wanting to continue a hybrid approach to working.
