PureHealth fully acquires IT firm PureCS to anchor healthcare sector

Abu Dhabi – Mubasher: PureHealth has acquired the entire shares of PureCS, a Dubai-based information technology (IT) services provider, according to a press release.

The acquisition will secure advanced solutions in line with PureHealth’s commitment to developing a tech-enabled platform and raising standards in the healthcare sector.

PureCS has delivered a number of key projects in the region, focusing on complex system integrations, data centres, cyber security, and digital consumer applications.

This aims to enhance patient care, boost efficiency, and promote cost-effectiveness, in addition to reshaping the UAE's healthcare landscape.
