Abu Dhabi, UAE: Reinforcing its growing pre-eminence in the healthcare procurement value chain across the UAE and the region, Rafed, the largest Group Purchasing Organisation (GPO) in the country, has won the ‘Public Procurement Project of the Year 2022’ award.
