Marson Group to set up Bahrain’s first electric car plant

Marson Group, A Bahraini business and project development company, has announced its plans to launch Bahrain’s first electric car factory.

A partnership has been formed between the Group and a major American manufacturing corporation, “GAUSS AUTO”, to implement this project. A special ceremony was held in Bahrain on Tuesday to sign the agreement in the presence of representatives from both parties.

With a timeline of ten months for construction and operation, the new plant will be located in Salman Industrial City in the American Trade Zone, under the name “GAUSS AUTO Bahrain”.

The factory will produce a range of electric vehicles, including two-wheelers, three-wheel electric tricycles, and passenger vehicles. To be marketed primarily in Bahraini and American markets, as well as other countries throughout the world.

Construction and management will be handled by Marson Group, and GAUSS AUTO will provide technical know-how and practical knowledge based on its extensive experience in the worldwide electric vehicle sector.
