INTERCEM discusses supporting women in cement industry

Mubasher: INTERCEM, the world's first international conference dedicated to the cement sector, on Monday discussed how women leaders support and mentor other women in the industry, during a webinar that celebrated International Women's Day.

The webinar discussed the progress of female professionals in both office and factory-based positions, how new challenges are emerging with new work-practices following the pandemic, and the broader issues affecting executives in the modern workplace such as work-life balance.
