Muscat: The entry to complexes, shops, restaurants, and cafés is still limited to 50 per cent of capacity. Government Communications (GC) said in a notification: "Entry to complexes, shops, restaurants and cafés is still limited to 50 per cent of capacity only. Those violating the rules may incur a fine."
