Oman Cables Industry appoints Omani professionals at top level of organisation

Muscat: Oman Cables Industry continues to enhance its executive team. While thanking Ramon Pallares for his great efforts and relevant achievements as Chief Operating Officer of Oman Cables in the past years and congratulating him for the new prestigious assignment as COO of the South Europe Region in worldwide leader Prysmian Group, Oman Cables announced the appointment of the new chief operating officer and the new plant director, forming a strong addition in the company's strategic growth. Muhannad Al Lawati will be entrusted as Chief Operating Officer and will be responsible for overseeing the Company's overall operations, with a focus on the company's operational strategy. He has strong knowledge of the many dimensions of cable manufacturing and is a board member at the Oman Manufacturers Association. Muhannad is a Mechanical & Manufacturing Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in the cables business. He started his career as a Process Engineer and more recently served as Plant Manager. He has exceptional management and leadership skills with experience gained from operating at a senior level.
