The company would like to announce the decision of its board of directors issued on 28/06/2022 AD regarding the appointment of Mr. Youssef bin Muhammad Al-Qafari as Chairman of the Board of Directors instead of Dr. Abdullah bin Suleiman Al-Juraish, who retains his membership in the Board of Directors.
