While a lot of business owners don't believe in shepherding their business's day-to-day operations, Rasha Al Danhani isn't of the same ilk. Since launching PappaRoti in 2009, she's inhabited a variety of roles in its branches across the UAE. One day she's barista, the next, a cashier.
