PM receives Arab ministers participating in Integrated Industrial Partnership meeting

Ammon News - Prime Minister Dr. Bisher Khasawneh on Sunday received ministers of the UAE, Egypt and Bahrain participating in the 3RD meeting of the Higher Committee for Integrated Industrial Partnership.

During the meeting, the PM stressed the importance of the "strategic" effort targeted by the integrated industrial partnership initiative, which receives attention of His Majesty King Abdullah II, His Majesty Bahrain's Monarch, Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, Egyptian President Abdel Fattah Al Sisi, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

Khasawneh valued "unrelenting" efforts made by the ministers and endeavors of the four countries' teams to come up with new frameworks for joint cooperation, which would contribute to achieving the participating nations' interests, mainly reducing economic costs and creating job opportunities.

PM also highlighted the importance of the agreements and memorandums of understanding (MoU) that were signed Sunday during the 3rd meeting of the Higher Committee for Integrated Industrial Partnership, in terms of quantity and quality.

This initiative, he noted, will be a nucleus for other "qualitative" initiatives in various fields to serve common interests.
