T he FTSE 100 is little changed at the open as traders look ahead to the Federal Reserve interest rate decision later today. The blue-chip index dipped marginally to 7,560 points. She said: They will not be allowed to distribute their content anymore in the European Union, in whatever shape or form, be it on cable, via satellite, on the internet or via smartphone apps... We should not give them a stage anymore to spread these lies. T he revelations of China's oil dealings come as the EU prepares to roll out a phased ban on Russian oil. Ursula von der Leyen, President of the European Commission, is outlining the bloc's sixth round of measures against Putin.
