Crude oil production drops in Oman

Muscat: A decrease of 0.04 per cent has been recorded in the average daily production quantities of crude oil for the Sultanate during the month of November 2020, the Oman News Agency announced.

ONA said, "According to a report issued by the Ministry of Energy and Minerals indicates a decrease in the average daily production quantities of crude oil for the Sultanate during the month of November 2020 by 0.04 per cent to reach 720, 789 barrels compared to the average daily production quantities in the month of October."

The report added, "The top importer of Omani crude oil is China at 75 per cent, followed by India at 20.6 per cent, Malaysia 2.7 and Singapore 1.4 per cent."
