Investing.com – The S&P 500 closed flat Monday, as investors weighed up a slip in energy against gains in financials just as the infrastructure bill is nearing passage through Congress.
The closed flat to remain close to its all-time high of 4,436.52. The slipped 0.3%, or 106 points, and the Nasdaq was up 0.2%
