Abiad participates in”One Sustainable Health for All” conference in Lyon

NNA - Caretaker Minister of Public Health, Firas Al-Abyad, participated in the conference organized by the French Development Agency, in cooperation with international health organizations and institutions, in Lyon, France, under the title quot;One Sustainable Health for Allquot;.

During the conference, the minister affirmed that quot;Lebanon and the Ministry of Public Health are doing everything that must be done in this context to ensure the principle of #39;health for all#39;, so that citizens and residents in the country obtain the necessary health services despite the severe financial crisis the health system is suffering from.quot;

Abiad stressed that quot;Lebanon has never backed down from its duties,quot; thanking international organizations for their support, and hoping that the international community would bear more responsibility in this field.
