The Tour De COP team, a journey of cyclists supporting UN’s sustainable developments goals for a brighter future which began in Muscat two weeks ago, is attending the COP28 which is currently underway in the emirates, along with the representatives from the Sultanate of Oman, sharing remarkable contribution of protecting the environment and creating awareness on the importance of preserving the nature for the generations to come.Speaking to the Observer from Dubai, from the main venue of the global climate summit, Yusef Ahmed, Initiator of the Tour DE Cop said that the team is able to share its experiences from the COP28 summit, a pivotal event in the global sustainability calendar.“Our participation this year has been profoundly enriching and enlightening, offering us a unique perspective on the intricacies of energy transition and sustainable practices as at COP28, the value of connecting with diverse professionals was unmistakable.
