DAMSA Development awards AFET the MEP works for Qatar’s Alar Hotel – MEP MiddleEast

Qatar-headquartered DAMSA Development Contracting WLL has awarded Al-Futtaim Engineering and Technologies (AFET) the MEP works as part of the fit-out of Alar Hotel project located is Lusail Marina District-4.

AFET will provide complete range of project and asset management services through customised solutions for Alar Hotel, which is a five-star property that includes Qatar’s most luxurious spa.

AFET’s scope of work also includes the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of MEP works for the Luxury SPA facilities such as the male pool, female pool, gym, fitness facilities, sauna, hairdresser and barber, juice bar, among others. The facilities are distributed across the ground, first-, and second floors of Alar Hotel.
