‎Edaa applies Saudi Aramco’s capital increase to shareholder portfolios today

The Securities Depository Center Co. (Edaa) applied the increase in the number of Saudi Aramco’s shares to the accounts of eligible shareholders today, May 11, according to a Tadawul filing.

According to data compiled by Argaam, Saudi Aramco’s shareholders approved, on May 9, the board’s proposal for increasing capital to SAR 90 billion from SAR 75 billion through the capitalization of SAR 15 billion from retained earnings.

The world’s largest oil exporter will distribute one bonus share for every 10 shares held.
