Infosys teams up with Saudi Aramco to enhance employee experience through AI

Riyadh – India-based Infosys has signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) with Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Aramco) to leverage their human resource (HR) technology.

The two entities seek to bring new insights to HR data and analytics, besides scaling the use of automation tools and boosting employee experience through artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, according to a press release.

Infosys will deploy digital transformation practices and tools into Aramco’s HR platform and utilise AI to reinforce Aramco’s employee learning and development experiences while narrowing skill gaps.

The collaboration is expected to help Aramco unlock talent to match people to opportunities within the Saudi entity.

AI-powered analysis will offer insights, track return on investment in addition to endorsing Aramco with algorithmic decision-making to spot trends and identify relevant recruitment channels.

Aramco’s SVP Human Resources, Faisal Al Hajji, said, “At Aramco, we are constantly looking to improve employee experience and make our company the best place to work.
