Abu Dhabi’s Masdar will develop Georgia’s largest solar power project – ArabianBusiness.com

Abu Dhabi’s renewable energy company Masdar will develop the largest solar photovoltaic (PV) power project in Georgia that will have a capacity of as much as 100 megawatts, state news agency WAM reported.

The project will be jointly developed with the Georgian Energy Development Fund (GEDF).

“This landmark agreement will support Georgia’s energy diversification efforts, and will make a positive contribution on climate action,” Masdar CEO Mohamed Jameel Al Ramahi said.
