3M concludes participation at COP 27

Dubai, United Arab Emirates: 3M (NYSE: MMM) has concluded its participation alongside other global corporations, governments, and non-governmental organizations at COP 27, which took place from 6th to 18th November 2022 at Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt. As a globally diverse materials science company, 3M aims to achieve carbon neutrality across its entire business by 2050. 3M provides scientific expertise to help customers achieve their sustainability goals and strongly believes in collaboration with public and private entities to reimagine what's possible, a path to reduce carbon footprints. 3M is also developing new technologies for tackling some of the world's most significant environmental issues.

The global conference saw 3M's global and regional senior executives in attendance – including Dr. Gayle Schueller, Global Senior Vice President and Chief Sustainability Officer, 3M, Laszlo Svinger, Vice President, and Managing Director, Middle East and Africa, 3M and Maxime Bureau, Director Government Affairs and Sustainability, Europe Middle East & Africa, 3M.
