Daikin Aligns with UAE’s Ambitious Climate Goals: Signs Climate-Responsible Companies Pledge

Daikin Middle East and Africa FZE ("Daikin"), recently announced a significant achievement in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) by signing the Climate-Responsible Companies Pledge initiated by the UAE Ministry of Climate Change and Environment (MOCCAE). This momentous step aligns seamlessly with Daikin's Environmental Vision 2050 and contributes wholeheartedly to the UAE's ambitious Net Zero by 2050 Strategic Initiative and Clean Energy Strategy.

In becoming a signatory to the UAE Climate-Responsible Companies Pledge, Daikin UAE commits to intensify its efforts in combating climate change by substantially reducing its carbon footprint in scope 1 & 2 emissions. This commitment echoes the national drive towards achieving the net-zero emissions target by 2050, if not sooner.
