Thrissur Jilla Souhruda Vedi and TAC Qatar observe World Environment Day – The Peninsula

Doha: On the occasion of World Environment Day, Thrissur Jilla Sauhrudevedi (TJSV) President Mohammad Mustafa and TAC Managing Director P Mohsin jointly planted a mango sapling at TAC premises.

On June 5, 2022, as part of the Environment Day message, the President appealed to all Vedi members to plant a tree at their home premises to support the Project to plant one million trees in Qatar ahead of the World Cup.

General Secretary Srinivasan, Treasurer Pramod, Secretary Vishnu, Karunyam Committee Chairman Thomas, Family Security Scheme Vice-Chairman Jayan, Convener Abdul Razaq, Help Desk Vice-Chairman Arif, Cultural Committee Convener Shaju Pokkalath, Executive Member Sudhir and Teachers & Students of TAC Qatar participated in the tree plantation ceremony.

The event was an excellent experience for the young TAC students, who took a pledge to be part of the environment protection projects in the future.
