Bahrain: Teams across the globe land as air show sets to take off tomorrow

Participating teams have begun landing in the Kingdom as countdown begins for the Bahrain International Airshow (BIAS 2022).

The airshow, which is in its sixth edition, will officially begin tomorrow.

Held under the patronage of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, King of the Kingdom of Bahrain, and under the supervision of His Highness Shaikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Personal Representative of His Majesty the King and the Chairman of the BIAS’ Supreme Organising Committee, BIAS 2022 is celebrating a decade of distinction with a range of leading features. One hundred and sixty delegations representing 180 plus companies and thirty plus countries will be taking part in the airshow.

Many industry leading contracts are supposed to be signed at the event.

The sixth installment of the show will deliver a dynamic thought-leadership platform as part of its three-day calendar of events, as well as networking and business development opportunities and a one-of-akind exhibition showcasing the latest aircraft, technologies, and innovation from across the global aerospace industry.

The forum portion of the Airshow will take place on days two and three of the event in dedicated theatres in the show’s Exhibition Hall, providing future-focused content and facilitating the exchange of insights and knowledge
