Bahrain’s Diyar Al Muharraq completes construction on Jeewan project – MEP MiddleEast

Bahrain-based real estate development firm Diyar Al Muharraq has completed construction on its Jeewan residential project.

Launched in October 2018, the Jeewan project comes to a close with the completion of its third and final phase of construction works, which ran through December 2019 to May 2021, as scheduled.

Construction on all 450 villas in the Jeewan project, segregated into three phases is now ready for handover to homeowners.

Phase 1, consisting of 170 villas has seen handover rate of 87%, thus far, in addition to the 120 villas as part of Phase 2, which have completed a handover rate of 85%. Meanwhile, 160 villas within Phase 3 are also ready for handover to their respective homeowners.

Commenting on the occasion, the chief executive officer of Diyar Al Muharraq, Eng Ahmed Ali Alammadi, said: “We are pleased to announce the completion of the Jeewan project as per the outlined schedule, upholding Diyar Al Muharraq's quality and standards with the utmost efficiency despite the challenges this past year has presented. With the completion of the third and final phase of the project, we are keen to handover the villas in this phase, completing another neighbourhood in Diyar Al Muharraq, and adding to the growing
