Diyar Al Muharraq announces completion of Jeewan Project

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in the Kingdom of Bahrain, recently announced the completion of its Jeewan project. Launched in October 2018, The Jeewan project comes to a close with its third and final phase of construction works, taking place from December 2019 to May 2021, as scheduled. Construction on all 450 villas in the Jeewan project, segregated into three phases is now ready for handover to homeowners. Phase 1, consisting of 170 villas has seen handover rate of 87% thus far, in addition to the 120 villas as part of phase two which have completed a handover rate of 85%, with the 160 villas as part of phase three also ready for handover to their respective homeowners. Commenting on the occasion, Diyar Al Muharraq Chief Executive Officer, Eng. Ahmed Ali Alammadi stated, "We are pleased to announce the completion of the Jeewan project as per the outlined schedule, upholding Diyar Al Muharraq's quality and standards with the utmost efficiency despite the challenges this past year has presented.
