Diyar Al Muharraq begins construction on Al Naseem Phase 2 – Construction Week Online

Bahrain’s Diyar Al Muharraq, the developer behind the megaproject of the same name, has commenced construction work on Phase 2 of its residential project, Al Naseem, with Ahmed Omer Trading & Contracting as the main contractor.

Al Naseem Phase 2 faces the canal and is situated in the Middle North of the Southern Island. The residential project will consist of more than 110 luxury villas overlooking the canal and spanning approximately 305 to 384m2. It will also include works on six types of villas.

According to Diyar Al Muharraq, works on Phase 2 of the project are scheduled for completion during the fourth quarter of 2023.
