Diyar Al Muharraq completes Jeewan Project

Diyar Al Muharraq, the largest real estate development company in Bahrain, recently announced the completion of its Jeewan project. Launched in October 2018, The project comes to a close with its third and final phase of construction works, taking place from December 2019 to May 2021, as scheduled. Construction on all 450 villas in the Jeewan project, segregated into three phases is now ready for handover to homeowners. Phase 1, consisting of 170 villas has seen a handover rate of 87% thus far, in addition to the 120 villas as part of phase two which have completed a handover rate of 85%, with the 160 villas as part of phase three also ready for handover to their respective homeowners. Commenting, Diyar Al Muharraq Chief Executive Officer, Ahmed Ali Alammadi said, "With the completion of the third and final phase of the project, we are keen to handover the villas in this phase, completing another neighbourhood in Diyar Al Muharraq, and adding to the growing community of the integrated city.“ The Jeewan Villas, which come as part of the Deerat Al Oyoun project, are established in cooperation with the Ministry of Housing under the Mazaya Social Housing Scheme, offering Bahraini citizens
