Diyar Al Muharraq to unveil key projects at Bahrain expo

Bahrain - Leading real estate development company Diyar Al Muharraq has signed up as the official sponsor of the upcoming Bahrain Real Estate Investment Exhibition 2023 to be held at City Centre Bahrain.

The event, which is being held under the patronage of Shaikh Salman bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al Khalifa, President of the Survey and Land Registration Bureau (SLRB) and Chairman of the Board Real Estate Regulatory Authority (Rera), from February 9 to 11, said the organisers Expressions Media.

The exhibition aims to highlight Bahraini companies that play a prominent role in the development of the local real estate sector by shedding light on various real estate projects and connecting investors with developers and brokers under one roof.

Over the course of three consecutive days, the Bahraini developer will showcase key projects as part of its Masterplan, including the residential project Al Naseem, which is located in the heart of its integrated community Diyar Al Muharraq, and extends over a 328,000 sq m area featuring stunning sea views of the water canal.

Al Naseem consists of two areas: a first-of-its-kind gated residential community featuring over 300 villas with canal-view and 500 uniquely-designed apartments equipped with the latest facilities and services.
