FGF and CBRE sign agreement

Future Generations Reserve Fund (FGF) Council and CBRE Group signed a property and facilities management agreement for the Future Generations Tower project. The agreement was signed by Yousef Abdullah Humood, FGF Board Deputy Chairman and Financial Affairs Undersecretary at the Ministry of Finance and National Economy and Richard Botham, General Manager of CBRE Bahrain.The agreement came as a result of the keenness to strengthen the partnership with the private sector and to employ the expertise and best practices in various fields to achieve economic growth and sustainability.Future Generations building is a 38-storey tower, with a total area of 63,000 square meters on an area of 12,000 square metres, and is located in Bahrain Bay.CBRE Group is a leading global company in the field of property management that specialises in commercial real estate services and investments.
