NBB announces exclusive offering on final phase of “Deerat Al Oyoun” real estate development project

The National Bank of Bahrain (NBB) announced an exclusive offering extended to Mazaya and Joint Housing beneficiaries on the final phase of the “Deerat Al Oyoun” project, with cash prizes up to BHD 1,000 for the first 30 applicants. Facilitating the process for its customers, NBB will also be participating in the upcoming roadshow organised by Eskan Bank. The real estate development project located in Diyar Al Muharraq will have a grand total of 1,061 villas for sale, and offers an exclusive financing package designed specifically for customers under the Mazaya Finance scheme or the Joint Housing Finance. In addition to the cash prize, customers who wish to buy their dream home from Deerat Al Oyoun will avail an attractive interest rate along with loan amounts covering the property value, a tenor period of up to 30 years, and a fast and seamless approval process. Customers will also have their processing and land evaluation fees waived in addition to free insurance coverage against fires.
